Two ways to earn with Iron Rent: invest in motorcycles that we operate, or open Iron Rent in your own city. Terms are agreed individually and put in a contract.

Investing in the fleet
You invest in motorcycles that work inside our fleet. We handle everything operational: choosing models that match demand, registration, servicing in our own workshop, insurance, finding renters, handover and return, and all client communication.
You receive a share of the rental income under a scheme agreed in advance, plus regular reporting on your motorcycles: days rented, revenue earned, and what was spent on maintenance.
Entry level, the income split and the contract term are discussed personally — they depend on the number and class of motorcycles and on the season you enter.
Iron Rent franchise
If you would rather run a rental business than simply place money, you can open Iron Rent in your own city or island. You get what we have built since 2019: working processes, service standards, contracts and procedures, the fleet and booking system, staff training, a known name and a flow of enquiries from the website.
We do not sell the franchise to everyone. A partner needs the resources and the intent to hold the same service level — otherwise the shared reputation suffers.
The package, the fees and the territory are discussed once we know each other and have looked at the market in your city.
How to start the conversation
Nothing has to be decided on the first call. First we get to know each other and look at numbers; the decision comes later.

What is the return?
It depends on the class of motorcycle, the season, utilisation and maintenance costs, so we do not publish a single figure. On the call we show real statistics from our fleet and model a scenario for your amount — that is more honest than an averaged promise on a web page.
Are the motorcycles registered in my name?
That depends on your status in Indonesia and on the scheme chosen. It is one of the first things we go through on the call, together with how it is fixed in the contract.
What about risk — breakdowns, accidents, idle time?
The risks are real and we do not hide them. Machines wear out, accidents happen and there is a low season. Some of it is covered by insurance and renter deposits, some is built into the numbers. We walk through the downside case as well.
Can I exit the project?
Exit terms and notice periods are written into the contract before the start, so the question is not settled in a hurry. We discuss them while preparing the documents.
How is the franchise different from investing?
Investing: you put in money and we run operations. Franchise: you run the business and we provide the brand, processes, standards and support. Different involvement, different responsibility.
