Can I cancel on the same day?
Same-day cancellations are difficult because the bike, team and delivery schedule may already be prepared. Contact us immediately by WhatsApp.
Can I shorten a monthly rental?
Monthly rental discounts are based on the agreed period. Shortening the rental may change the final rate or refund logic.
Can I switch from scooter to big bike?
Yes, if the big bike is available and the rider meets the requirements. Price, deposit and documents are confirmed before switching.
