A one-off ZX-25RR: the 249cc inline-four in full RR trim, wearing a chameleon paint job that shifts colour with the light, and running a genuine Akrapovic exhaust. 52 HP, fully adjustable suspension, traction control and a digital dash. There is one of these in our fleet.

The Akrapovic is the point. A stock ZX-25RR already sounds unlike any other 250 on the island; through this exhaust, past 12,000 rpm, it sounds like a small superbike. Suspension is adjustable at both ends, so it can be set soft for Bali’s patched tarmac or firmed up for a Mandalika track day. 2023 bike, about 1,000 km on it, on Dunlop Sportmax tyres.

For experienced riders who want the loudest, most distinctive bike we have. Not a first sport bike, not a commuter, and not the sensible choice for Canggu traffic — that is exactly the point of it.

Two helmets and a phone holder are included, with free delivery within 20 km. Optional insurance, a new helmet, an action camera and moto armour can be added to your request.

It is a single custom unit, so availability is tighter than on our other ZX-25RRs. Ask about dates early. If you want the same engine without the custom exhaust and paint, the standard ZX-25RR is cheaper and always in stock.
