We deliver to Ubud and the villages around it — Penestanan, Nyuh Kuning, Pengosekan, Sayan. Delivery is free within 20 km of our office on rentals of three days or more; Ubud sits at the edge of that radius, so some addresses carry a 200,000 IDR delivery fee. Ask us on WhatsApp and we confirm before you book.
A passport is enough to take out the rental. To ride legally you also need an International Driving Permit with category A — we arrange one in 3–5 working days.
Ubud is not flat, and that is the main thing to plan for. Roads climb and drop constantly, surfaces are narrower than in the south, and a 110cc scooter with two people aboard will struggle on the way up to Tegallalang or Campuhan ridge.
Take 150cc as the floor rather than 125cc, especially two-up. A Honda PCX 160, Yamaha NMAX 155 or Honda ADV 160 climbs comfortably and has enough brake for the descents.
If you plan to reach Kintamani, Batur or the north coast, an adventure bike such as the Versys-X 250 or V-Strom 250 SX turns a tiring day into an easy one.

Every rental includes two helmets, free delivery and collection, and servicing for the whole rental period in our own workshop. Insurance is optional with two deductible levels. Fuel is not included; a scooter tank is four to five litres and lasts well over 200 km.

For one rider on the flat, yes. Two-up on the hills to Tegallalang or Kintamani, no — take 150–160cc or more. This is the one area of Bali where engine size genuinely matters.

Yes, 60–90 minutes each way. Go early, take a jacket — the rim is genuinely cold at sunrise — and prefer 150cc and up for the climb.
